Being diagnosed with Bipolar Disorder can be overwhelming and scary. Educating yourself and your loved ones on the condition is essential to managing the symptoms. I am often asked for bipolar book recommendations. I have read several books on the subject. These are my top recommendations if you or a loved one has been diagnosed with Bipolar Disorder.

However, the best one was the book about living wiyth someone with disorder asoposed to al the scientific jargon.I havd buried somewhere and will put it up if I can find It. crrazymeds.com waz my med go-to information centre.

I feel like I’ve read about 90% too! I like the really technical scientific ones, I am the dopamine Queen after all. Hopefully you can find the name of your recommendation. I would love to read it!

I liked Manic: A Memoir by Terri Cheney. There are others, I’m sure. Oh, there’s Welcome to the Jungle: Facing Bipolar without Freaking Out. I think I remember liking that. 🙂

” The Candice Hair Book ” by Globaldreamer, was written during a month long period of rapid cycling. It’s a great look into the illness! Gives insight into how someone might be thinking and what they’re going through, mentally and emotionally, during an episode.
